The nail scissors XL are suitable for people who have difficulty reaching their toes. The nail scissors extended handle has an enlarged opening that allows the middle finger, ring finger and little finger to make the actual cutting movement. The index finger is placed next to the enlarged opening functioning as a support and the thumb is placed in the other smaller opening. This allows for good control during cutting.
