Shipment & delivery Vitility
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on workdays before 3:00 PM on the same day. However, we do not always succeed in achieving this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet the delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. Our company is closed between Christmas and New. You must take into account longer delivery times during these holidays.

Where's my order?
After placing an order we will keep you informed about the status of the delivery.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email.
- You will receive the shipping confirmation by e-mail once the package has left our warehouse. A Track & Trace number is stated on this shipping confirmation. With this number you can follow the order on the website of the carrier.
- We will send you our invoice by email the day after the shipment. You must keep a proof of purchase (for example the invoice) in case you wish to return goods or if you think you qualify for a warranty.
Did you still miss the delivery person? Then you will receive an e-mail from DHL and a card in the mailbox that your package can be picked up at the nearest DHL ServicePoint. In addition, from that moment you have the choice to directly change the delivery time online (this is possible until 11:59 PM). You can choose a different time or location or have the package delivered to the neighbors. If you do not make any changes online, the package will be delivered to your nearest DHL ServicePoint.
