Privacy-sensitive data or personal data is processed through our web store. Vitility International B.V. considers careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us. In our processing we adhere to the requirements of the privacy legislation.

Vitility International B.V. is responsible for data processing. In this privacy statement we explain which personal data we collect and use and for what purpose at the Vitility web store. Processing order

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to be able to handle it properly. We may then provide your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. For this we use your e-mail address, telephone number, billing address, name and address details and payment details. We do this based on your permission. We keep this information for up to two years after your order has been completed. We store certain customer data for longer in connection with the statutory tax retention obligation.

Your account

With certain parts of our web store you must first register. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a username. With this we create an account, on which you can log in with that username and a password of your choice. For this we use your payment details, e-mail address, name and address details, billing address and telephone number. We do this based on your permission. We keep this information until you cancel the account. We save this information so that you do not have to enter it again and again and so that we can contact you in the context of the implementation of the agreement. You can adjust information via your account whenever you want.

Contact form and newsletter

With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. For this we use your name and address, telephone number and e-mail address. We do this based on your permission. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response. We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and / or services. Every newsletter contains a link that you can use to unsubscribe. You can also pass this on via your account. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This information is saved until you cancel the subscription.

Our web store displays advertisements. We do not publish these ourselves, advertising agencies do that with which we collaborate. These agencies keep track of whether you like them and use that information to only make fun or interesting advertisements and offers in the future.

We keep statistics about the use of our web store. Social media buttons are included in our web store. With this, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.


Our webshop uses cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information so that you do not always have to enter it. But we can also see that you visit us again.

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our web store. We have entered into a processing agreement with Google. It contains strict agreements about what they can keep.
