The legal warranty applies to all items that you purchase from us. A legal guarantee means that a product is, or must do, what the customer can reasonably expect from it.

Submit complaints and / or disputes
We recommend that you first make your complaints known to us by emailing to info@vitility.com You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receiving your complaint. We often want to evaluate the product at our head office. If this is the case, we will contact you for this and you can use the Return form to return the item. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation. Returnform From 15 February 2016 onwards, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at the eu website. If your complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
If you, as a business customer, are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit it to Webwinkelkeur (via www.webwinkelkeur.nl)
